Following the success of the internet connected Budweiser Redlight (elsewhere in my portfolio), we designed and produced some very mini Christmas light versions to be sold online on Budweiser’s website. I designed the prototypes and then printed them on a 3d printer of my own design (another ongoing project). Currently available 3d printers would not have been able to print these correctly. An art director and I then did some mockups of the packaging, and they were off to China for production. The images above show the final prototypes, work in progress, and the final lights that were mass produced in the thousands.
